Overview

MSPY 24 normally accept an instruction to commence one of our services by an email via the MSPY 24 website, there can be exceptions to this procedure depending on the circumstances of each individual case, however, this is at the discretion of MSPY 24. Prior to this, there is a consultation with one of our consultant private detectives to verbally discuss & agree the most applicable service, rates & expenses.

After consultation, the agreed details shall be sent by email (titled ‘Agreed details’ + case / client number) via the MSPY 24 website to client. This email is your proof of agreement of terms, and by returning the said email back to MSPY 24 (re-titled ‘Instruction to commence’ + case / client number) binds both parties.

Only by following this exact procedure, are you entering into a legally binding agreement that binds you as the client to pay in full our agreed rates & expenses and binds MSPY 24 to carry out the work to the best of our ability and to conclude the work in either a written or verbal report (in addition to the photographic and / or DVD evidence gathered as requested)

Specifics

During the consultation the private detective will specify an estimation of the hours and total cost needed to conclude the case based on the previously agreed services, rates & expenses. 80% of the estimated total cost will be expected to be paid and in receipt of MSPY 24 within 3 working days of the legally binding stage. Upon conclusion of the case any outstanding balance due to MSPY 24 must be paid in full and in receipt of MSPY 24 within 7 working days; however, any due refund to the client (if final total cost is less than 80% of prior estimate) will be refunded and in receipt of client within 5 working days. These details ** will be confirmed by email (as outlined above) together with the entire Terms and Conditions outlined here for your own records.

At this stage neither party are committed or legally bound in any way; Legal binding, as specified, will only take effect upon receipt of instruction to commence one of our services (as outlined above) by email via the MSPY 24 website.

The client retains the right to cancel any further work at any time and without any reason after the legally binding stage and prior to conclusion, however, the paid amount, (80% of agreed total cost) prior to any work being carried, will not be refunded.

MSPY 24 cannot guarantee any particular result(s) in any of the services that we undertake.
