Our hourly rates are in most cases negotiable, and in order to further assist & ease the cost for some private clients, we work within a budget that you set; So whatever your budget we will do our level best to fit your assignment within your means.

We will offer a price guarantee that if whatever you have been offered elsewhere, we will do our best to offer you a better quote. Consultation is free for all private clients.

For corporate and legal investigations the rate structure is slightly different, however, in any case, hourly rates are mostly negotiable as we try to maintain that our customer's invoices are reasonable and that MSPY 24 remain highly competitive. Rates can start at £35 per hour plus any expenses** that apply :

There are various fixed costs **(expenses) and percentages that should be clarified here:

• Consultation is free for all Private Clients
• Consultation fee* (For Corporate & Legal clients and only if applicable)* : £ 55 / 65 Euros (Refundable should you choose to go ahead with one of our services).
• Travelling time - per hour of travel : £18 / 25 Euros
• Urgent night time callout - one fixed fee per night (21:00 - 06:00): £75 / 100 Euros

Night Time (21:00 - 06:00) & Public / Bank holidays incurs a 50% increase on agreed (day time) rate. Weekends will incur a 30% increase on the agreed standard rate. In all other case, rates are agreed separately.

* Consultation & therefore Consultation fees seldom apply, generally, only where a personal meeting is necessary in order to discuss a complex or lengthy case; In most straightforward cases a consultation by phone is suffice; in this instance, hourly fees would simply be discussed and agreed by phone then confirmed by email.
